General: The following terms and conditions outline NLS Photo Booths responsibilities (herein also referred to as Company) and the customer/clients responsibilities. Company agrees to provide services at the location indicated. Company owns all picture and video rights and may use them for commercial and advertising material.
ALL DEPOSITS AND BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR DATES IF THE DATE IS AVAILABLE. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.
FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT DATE.
We cannot move forward with your booking without final payment per your contract agreement 7 days in advance. If payment is not received your account will be charged an additional $50.00 fee to hold your booking for an additional 24 hours. After 24 hours your booking will be cancelled and your deposit is non-refundable. We do not save card information and the final payments are not automatic. All payments including tips must be made using the "Payment Link".
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ NOTES:
If your Guest Count changes and is more than you originally quoted to us you will be charged $50.00 Additional Film Cost. All events that are held OUTDOORS in direct sunlight will REQUIRE our enclosure tent. An additional $100 will be added to your client account 7 days prior to event date. If you need to change your contract contact us directly for new cost.
